Terms & Conditions – Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo

By booking a trip with Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo.
• A deposit of 30–50% of the total cost is required to secure a reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before departure.
• All payments must be made through the official account provided by Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation by the customer at least 14 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure: the deposit is non-refundable.
• No refund will be given for late arrivals, no-shows, or same-day cancellations.
• If the trip is canceled by Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo (e.g., due to extreme weather or emergencies), the full payment will be refunded or rescheduled by mutual agreement.

3. Schedule Changes

• Schedule changes may be requested up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability.
• Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances for the best interest of the participants.

4. Responsibility & Travel Risks

• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo is not liable for any loss or damage of personal items.
• Participants are expected to be in good health; any personal medical condition is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• Travel activities (such as snorkeling, trekking, or boat trips) carry certain risks, which participants acknowledge and accept.
• Travel insurance is not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide/crew during the trip.
• It is strictly prohibited to damage the environment, collect wildlife, or engage in unlawful activities.
• Respect for local culture, customs, and traditions is required at all times.

6. Force Majeure

Komodo Tripo Labuan Bajo shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or alteration to the tour caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, severe weather, or other emergencies.
